Muslims are not an insular community.  The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) established the first Muslim community in Medinah, but did not neglect with the wider society around him, which included people of different faiths. This is part of my responsibility at the Hub.  Adil has travelled extensively around the world and has enjoyed representing Islam to non-Muslim communities, and also been involved in educational initiatives for Muslims.

He established a support network for new Muslims which provides social and educational support for people who have entered the faith. He also sits on the Solihull Faiths Forum.

QURAN CLUB: Haydar Dhansay

Haydar is from South Africa,  relocated to the Gulf, and is now settled in Solihull. He assists in improving the Children’s Hub Quran Club, making it a value add to the community and an outstanding example of how Quran should be taught.
